For the creation of our advert we needed lots of equipment to carry out our plans for our advert. we need;

I will get all the camera and recording equipment from hireacamera.com and will be placing a order 3 days in advance to ensure the equipment gets to us on time to be used. The costumes Will be bought off of ebay and amazon and again ordered in advance to make sure it is delivered in time to be used.

The equipment we chose to use for the advert, For the camera was a “Sony DCR-TRV480E” as it provides decent quality with the cheap cost of analogue tapes making it the best camera for a affordable price being £80 for a weeks hire or £42 for a days hire plus a £50 deposit Also providing a essentials kit for the camera included consisting of, 1 x Manual, 1 x Composite Lead, 1 x Mains Lead, 1 x Mains Adaptor, 1 x Cleaning Cassette, 1 x Strap, 1 x Lens Cap.

To upload our captured footage from the camera we chose a 4-4 pin Firewire cable as it is compatible with the camera an apple macs we used to edit being only £4 a week to hire plus a £4 deposit

To provide the steady shots we require for the initial news report we chose a "Fluid" tripod costing £41 to hire for a week plus a £45 deposit because it is compatible with the camera

To record speech for the the news report section and to record the sounds of the attack We chose a Sony UWP-C1/V1 wireless mic and receiver costing £92 per week with a £175 deposit we chose this microphone as it is easy easy to keep obscured and looks professional to a news report.

The location we are using, being a public place, we do not require permission to record on the premises as long as we do not record anyone other than cast and crew, Otherwise we would need permission off of whoever we have recorded to be used for the advert.

Because this is a small advert and very little crew is needed we will act as crew and cast rotating roles as required for different characters.and we needed no props because scripting for our advert requires none.
